Dance for Fitness is the perfect way to have fun and get fit at the same time. Viona will pump up the tunes and get your heart racing as she steps you through some cool and groovy dance steps. 

Adults of all ages are welcome. Some level of fitness is required. 

This class explores watercolour painting techniques, including mixing colours, laying washes, glazing, and incorporating mixed media. You will come away with a feeling of wonder and addiction to this extraordinary art form.  

Learn the fundamentals of oil painting in this engaging class. Students will work through exercises progressing from black and white through to colour using prints of master paintings and photos as references.

Learn techniques for drawing your own cartoons. Focus on facial expressions and body language, character and story world design, comic page layout, pencilling, ink and colouring. Start your journey as a comic illustrator now!

Materials and equipment included. 

This class is designed for students 12 years and older, who want to develop their creative skills further and create a strong folio for their future artistic practice.

In this class you will learn to draw, render and paint plants from our experienced botanical artist Trish.

Using still life techniques and 3H, HB & 2B pencils, you will draw from botanical samples specifically selected by the tutor and brought into the classroom.

This class will move through a mix of gentle breathwork, sound practices, and mindful movement. All of these are soothing for the nervous system and provide a beautiful way to end the week. No experience necessary.

Please bring along a blanket, yoga mat and pillow.
