Local volunteer gardeners gather monthly to exchange seeds, seedlings, surplus produce, garden tools, accessories, and soil enhancers such as coffee grounds, worm wee, and wood ash.
The meetings also provide an opportunity to share experiences and knowledge, enjoy morning tea, and engage in friendly conversations.
The group is composed of both seasoned and novice growers, and the event is organised by Whitehorse Urban Harvest and Strathdon House volunteers. Each month, the gathering spotlights a particular theme.
