Aboriginal people, the traditional custodians of the land we live on in Australia, have cared for this country for over 100,000 years. Join the wonderful wildlife ambassadors from Reptile Encounters to discover some of the animals that inspired Dreamtime stories, learn about how our traditional custodians live in balance with nature, and the deep respect they hold for the animals they depend upon for survival.

Little Wombats Program - Bunjil Larr Experience

Continue the day with the Little Wombats Program, offering a fun, meaningful and culturally respectful learning experience for children. Students explore traditional Aboriginal tools and artefacts, play the Indigenous game of Kolap, and create their own Aboriginal-inspired pieces using clay. This engaging program offers a unique opportunity for students to connect with Aboriginal culture through interactive learning and creative expression.
