Discover the art of sewing. Learn with plastic needle and wool, creating an image on hessian fabric using a running stitch to create a charming wall hanging.
Aim: to introduce students to sewing with needle & thread.
Participants will make a simple wall hanging using a plastic needle and wool create an image on hessian fabric using a running stitch resulting in a wall hanging. Students would weave fabric, embellish by threading buttons and make a frame for hanging using icy pole sticks.
