Bridget Hillebrand has pioneered a unique, and almost sculptural approach to printmaking that sees her work take three-dimensional form to billow off the walls. In this artist talk she will share insights into her creative practice and some of the ideas that underpin it.

Bridget's visual research explores the relationship between the physicality of making images as a response to the corporeal dimension of the experience of place. Her artworks have developed through a variety of forms including print, artist books, audio, video, art objects and installations. Her recent projects explore the links between the experience of place, belonging, and the impact of cultural histories on the landscape.
