Guided by our enthusiastic tutor, children will dig, plant and discover the magic of growing food. Encouraging curiosity, environmental awareness, and a love of nature.

This is a hands-on workshop where we will make seed pots, plant seedlings, learn how to identify good and not-so-good soil types. Learn about what's being planted in our kitchen garden. We would also do a walk-about around the old orchard and garden to look for worms and insects and interesting natural habitats found there.

Materials will be provided. Bring along your own garden gloves if you would rather not use the used-kids gloves that we provide and be sun-smart.
