The Garden View Room is located in the front of the house and was originally the old dining room. It features renovated bay windows looking to the south and an Italianate marble hearth gifted to the Matheson family.

The Packing Shed is a recreated fruit packing shed that can comfortably house 30 adults or children seated at tables. With five roll-up garage doors, this is a great indoor/outdoor space and could be used for exercise classes or social functions.

Located within the Box Hill Town Hall, Whitehorse Artspace is a sophisticated backdrop for cocktail functions, launch events and event registration. A sophisticated gallery space that is sure to impress. Suited for stand-up cocktail parties for up to 100, with seating for up to 50 for presentations in a gallery setting. The space includes the All Nations Foyer area, which is carpeted.
