Calling all mini cooks aged 6-8! Make Onigiri, a Japanese rice ball with tasty savoury or sweet fillings.
Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball (or triangle shape) with a variety of savoury or sweet fillings, and often wrapped in nori (seaweed) and/or sprinkled with furikake (seasoning made up of nori, sesame seeds, sugar, salt and spices). Kids will be making onigiri with a range of fillings, including spam, tempeh, avocado, greens, and fruit.
Measure, stir, taste and cook delicious meals in these fun, healthy and educational cooking workshops. Please bring a container to take your baked goods home.
