Using fresh, seasonal produce grown right here in our Kitchen Garden—featuring a mix of traditional beds and accessible wicking beds—you’ll learn how to prepare simple, nourishing dishes that celebrate local harvests.
Participants will explore the garden, harvest ingredients, and take part in preparing a shared meal using what's in season. This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, and is a great way to connect with others, learn new cooking skills, and experience the full cycle of growing, harvesting, and enjoying fresh food.
