Located on Richmond Street, Blackburn South, the Annex can hold up to 40 people for community meetings, training sessions, you name it.

Set in beautiful Mont Albert leafy surroundings. This Hall seats up to 100 people, and is fully carpeted.

About

The Community Halls run by Whitehorse City Council are suitable for meetings, workshops, classes, seminars and private events.

Most halls are furnished with seating, a small kitchen and onsite parking. Please note that the Community Halls are unable to accommodate 18th or 21st birthday parties.
