Discover a calm, creative space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through art. The Mindful Art Journal is a weekly guided art and mindfulness class designed to encourage grounding, self-expression, and creative routine in a supportive environment.
Sessions begin with a guided meditation and breathing exercise, followed by an inspiration prompt exploring themes, emotions, and personal reflection. Participants will experiment with a variety of mixed-media techniques and intuitive creative practices, including neurographic art, both on paper and in a provided creative journal.
Suitable for all experience levels, these term-based classes are offered for adults, with a focus on creativity, mindfulness, and wellbeing rather than artistic perfection.
These classes warmly welcome and support neurodivergent participants.
Some materials are provided. Other inexpensive items will be discussed in the first class.
