Citrus season is just around the corner! If you’ve got a lemon tree bursting with fruit—or just love a zesty treat—come along to this hands-on workshop with Jacob and learn how to make a classic British dessert: lemon posset. 

In the interest of time, we will also be making panna cotta; the only distinction is that panna cotta uses gelatin to quickly firm the dessert. We’ll turn fresh lemons into a smooth, creamy delight that’s perfect for a light afternoon sweet. If interested, you can also infuse the essence of herbs from the garden, such as thyme or lavender. 

Enjoy your homemade dessert with a cup of tea or coffee in the welcoming surrounds of Strathdon House and Orchard Precinct. All materials and ingredients are provided.
