Join us this World Environment Day for a practical and informative workshop exploring simple, effective ways to reduce chemical exposure and household waste by switching to low-tox, sustainable cleaning alternatives.

Many conventional cleaning products contain synthetic chemicals that can impact both human health and the environment. In this session, participants will learn how to “detox” their homes by replacing common household cleaners with non-toxic, eco-friendly options that are affordable, accessible, and easy to make.

The workshop will cover:

  • Common chemicals found in household cleaning products and why reducing them matters
  • How to use everyday kitchen and household ingredients to clean effectively without harsh chemicals
  • Practical green-cleaning tips that save money, reduce waste, and support a healthier home environment

Participants will make a simple DIY cleaner during the session to take home, empowering them to immediately put their learning into practice.

Please note: Participants are encouraged to bring a jar for their DIY cleaner to support reuse and reduce waste.
