Join our 90-minute Cheesemaking program & learn how to make the following cheeses:

HALLOUMI - a wonderful cheese for frying
MOZZARELLA – great for pizza and pasta dishes
PANEER (lemon cheese) - used in Indian curries as a substitute for meat
RICOTTA - used for a toast topper or for cooking

You will learn you how to make this wonderful array of cheeses using ingredients that you will most likely have in your fridge or pantry. All recipes will be available for you to take home, you'll get to sample cheeses as you make them and you'll share a cheese platter with other participants while you chat about what you have learnt.
