Meet Jennifer
Jennifer is an emerging ceramicist and tutor with a keen interest in the material properties of clay and glaze. She began her journey in ceramics at school and continued her education at RMIT University, completing her Bachelor of Fine Art (Ceramics) in 2022. Jennifer enjoys sharing her love of the ceramic process with beginner and experienced students alike.
Inspiration
Jennifer is inspired by the natural world, native wildlife and historical forms. She works primarily on the wheel, incorporating hand building and slip casting techniques.
Areas of Expertise
Wheel throwing and hand building, with a particular interest in the technicalities of wheel throwing and functional work.
